Breakfast
Everyday, from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, the doors to the noble halls and the garden open to treat guests and non-guests to a breakfast fit for royalty.

Whether you choose from our À la Carte selection or indulge in the Full Breakfast Menu, each morning begins with freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs prepared to order. Served at your table, every detail is thoughtfully tailored to the preferences of each Viscount, ensuring a personalised and memorable start to the day.
Brunch
After a year of creation, fine-tuning recepies and handpicking ingredients, the Viscount unveiles his latest ode to life's little pleasure: The Viscounts' Brunch.

We invite the most esteemed gastronomic royalty to join us in celebrating this unique experience - either among the flowers in our garden or in our charming saloons. Brunch is now available from 11:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m..
The Menu is à la Carte and reservations are highly recommended.
Lunch & Dinner
From the kitchen directly to the table, we selected authentic ingredients and recipes worthy of the Viscount's own choice to honor the presence of his noble guests.

Embark on this journey of flavors that includes our Classic Viscount' Steak from Azores with Coffee Sauce, Alheira de Caça, or Cod with Cornbread that reminds us of our grandmothers' kitchen.
Coffee Specialists
From the oldest roasting plant in Lisbon, freshly roasted coffee beans arrive to give life to a wonderful and eclectic range of coffees.

In the Barista Menu you can find classic Cappuccinos, Lattes, Machiatos, but also signature recipes such as Thai Ice Latte, Nutella Latte, Affogato or our Hot Chocolate.
Signature Cocktails
Every corner of the Palace is a story, each room a character that makes us travel and dream.
Inspired by the details of each of the characters in the Palace's 23 rooms, our Barman Alexandre Pacheco brings to life a Signature Cocktail Menu in which he creates a Cocktail for each character.

Weddings & Events
Palácio do Visconde is the ideal place for those who want to celebrate their wedding or a special event in an intimate, beautiful and history-filled place in the center of Lisbon.

Whether it's for the preparation day with the bridesmaids/groomsmen, for the reception in the garden or for the wedding night, we will do everything we can to make this day unforgettable.
